Micropayments

This company Centipaid has an interesting business model and implementation for micropayments. Any sort of micropayment system that gets widespread adoption will make lots of different content-based online ventures much more viable.

Frankenstein

The missiles have been launched. We're at war. And I keep thinking about Frankenstein's monster. We created Saddam in the 1970s, armed him and set him loose in the 1980s, and now the villagers are storming the castle, pitchforks and torches in hand.

Elementary

Wow, a while since I have blogged. Work has been intense lately, with a big project going on. Sean and I are in the middle of a large set of complicated wireframes, so my blogging time is curtailed.

On a personal note, Rachael and I bought a Honda Element, a very weird but wonderful SUV-like vehicle. It's a lot of fun to drive and feels like you are inside one of the jeeps from Black Hawk Down.
